SHIPPING AND RETURNS
WHEN I AM GOING TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 2-4 days of payment. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. Most items should be received within 3-15 days of your order date. This may be a little longer for international delivery.
AM I GOING TO RECEIVE THE ORDER IN TIME?
If you want the order to arrive in time, please order it at least 1-2 weeks before the moment you need it to arrive.
ARE THE ITEMS SHIPPED TOGETHER?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
You can change your address before the item is shipped by contacting us..
CAN I BE REFUNDED?
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS AFTER 14 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF ITEMS.
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON INSTALLED OR USED PARTS.
PLEASE NOTE: If you, our customer either order in error or otherwise change your mind post purchase, we are happy to accept your return. We ask only that you cover original outbound shipping cost, the cost to return the unwanted items to us and in addition, our costs to open and inspect the items, re-package and re-stock the items and fees we incur when we process your credit card or PayPal payment. In summary, you are responsible for shipping charges both ways and 20% restock fees. Your credit amount will equal the actual price paid for the items only (less shipping) minus 20%. Items received in less than perfect (new) condition are not eligible for a refund. Parts that appear to have been installed or partially installed are not eligible for a refund. Please contact us in advance in order to obtain a return authorization number. Packages without return authorization number marked clearly on the package(s) may be refused at our dock.

WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your order by clicking Order Status in our menu. Then input your tracking code you received in the email once the item has been shipped.
ABOUT PRODUCTS
CAN I CHANGE THE COLOR OF THE ORDERED ITEM?
You can change the color of the item ordered by contacting us via Contact Us as long as it is not shipped.
CAN I REMOVE AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
Yes, you can remove the item from your order and get a refund easily before the item is shipped. To do that, please Contact Us. Once it is shipped, you have to wait for it to arrive and then ship it back and ask for a refund.
MY ITEM BROKE; CAN I GET A NEW ONE?
If your item broke, which does not happen often, and you cannot repair it yourself, you have to contact us. We will then give you instructions whether to ship the item back or if you'll receive a partial refund.
What do we sell? Do we sell used tires?

Yes we do have some selection of used tires & wheels.

Can you mount and balance my wide wheels & tires?
We can mount 30’s, 28’s 26’s 24’s Etc, Wide wheels are welcomed also, Call the shop for a quote today!

We are open 7 Days a week. Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm, Sundays 10am-4pm.
